FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where will we have the session?

Short answer: wherever you want! I can provide both outdoor and indoor photography. I am knowledgeable of locations throughout Connecticut that work beautifully for different types of outdoor sessions, so I can make recommendations if requested. I do not have a studio, but if you are looking for something indoors there are still options! Some clients prefer to meet in the comfort of their home, some prefer a rented studio space. Some public buildings also allow photography. I will always follow proper permit guidelines for wherever we have a session so everything goes smoothly!

Do you travel?

Yes! I would love to meet you wherever you want for your session, however depending on the distance I may require an extra travel fee and/or accommodations. There are never any travel fees for anything within a 90 minute drive of Hartford, CT.

What payment options do you accept?

I require a 30% deposit to book the session. This deposit must be sent through Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. The remainder is not due until the start of the session and can be paid by any of the previously mentioned payment methods or cash can be brought to the session. Checks are not accepted.

How long after the session will I receive my photos?

After your session, I will edit each photo and return them to you in the timeliest manner possible. Most clients will receive their galleries within two weeks of the session, but this time may need to be adjusted depending on the length of the session booked. Galleries from shorter sessions may have a faster delivery time, galleries from larger sessions or events may require more time. Gallery delivery time will be decided before the session and included in the contract.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

You may reschedule your session up to one week before the original session date. Deposits and payments are non-refundable, however any payments made towards the session may be used towards a different session type if the original session is cancelled by the client.
